What to expect at each step
1 — Submitting your lot
Use the live calculator to build your lot — pick the purity (or choose “not sure” and we'll confirm it by XRF), enter the weight, and add gold if your parcel contains both. You'll see an instant estimate at 80% of live spot. A quick identity check keeps everything above board.
2 — Posting it safely
We email a pre-paid, tracked, signed-for Royal Mail label as a QR code. Take it to any Post Office — no printer required — and your parcel is tracked door to door. We recommend our short packaging guide for fragile or high-value items.
3 — Testing and your offer
On arrival, every item is weighed and tested on professional XRF equipment, so purity is measured rather than guessed. Your firm offer is emailed the same day, calculated at the live spot price locked when your label was issued.
4 — Getting paid (or it back)
Reply “yes” and a Faster Payment is sent to your bank — usually within 24 hours (weekdays). Prefer to keep your silver? Just say no and we post it back, tracked, signed-for, free of charge.
